Joe is the son of SPC’s founder and an AUB graduate in Public Administration. Assuming the role of CEO in 2004, research, innovation and awareness of the latest technologies and techniques have since been at the core of his vision for keeping SPC at the forefront of the industry.
Boulos Balaa
Chief Operation Officer
Boulos has been with SPC since the very beginning, gathering 20 years of experience in the private security sector after almost 15 years of managing security for high level government officials. He oversees the day to day operations of SPC ensuring consistent service, constant follow-up and compliance to international standards.
